Washington DC. January 30, 2024; His Excellency President Joseph Nyumah Boakai Sr. has assured Liberians that his government will do all in its power to keep their hopes alive. President Boakai in his first Annual State of the Nation Address (SONA) delivered on January 29, 2024, pointed out " we all have what it takes to overcome all the burdens we have imposed on ourselves through greed and corruption". The program was held on the grounds of the Embassy near Washington DC on Saturday, July 22, 2023. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Dean of the Cabinet of the Republic of Liberia, Ambassador Dee-Maxwell Saah Kemayah, Sr. on Wednesday, March 22, held talks in Washington D.C. with United States Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Madam Molly Phee.
