Washington, D.C. – 2/15/13: The Minister Counselor for Press and Public Affairs at the Embassy of Liberia in Washington, D.C., Hon. Gabriel I.H. Williams, has appealed for increased assistance from the United States for the development of Liberia’s educational system.
